The connection of the batteries in a series and the parallel connection is quite common and everyone has come across these terms.

Let’s talk about the ways to connect a battery in a series connection.

Connecting Batteries in Series Connection

Connecting the batteries that are two or more in number in a series connection can be useful for the increasing voltage of all batteries. The connection of the batteries in series does not increase the battery capacity. 

However, the voltage is increasing. To connect the battery with a series each of the two or more batteries should have a similar voltage. For the proper connection, the negative terminal should be connected with the positive one. Make sure to use a charger similar to the voltage running around the series circuit.
