PP stands for polypropylene, a material that melts at temperatures of more than 100 degrees Celsius and is viscous. Therefore, the thermal packaging of the battery mainly relies on the melting and bonding of PP layer under the action of head heating, and then the head is removed, and the cooling solidifies the bonding.

Aluminum plastic film looks very simple, actually, how to put the three layers of material evenly, firmly together is not so easy. Unfortunately, now the quality of good aluminum plastic film is basically imported from Japan, domestic is not without, but the quality remains to be improved.

3. Aluminum plastic film forming process

Soft package cells can be designed according to customer needs into different sizes, when the shape of the size of the design, it is necessary to open the corresponding mold, the aluminum plastic film forming. The forming process is also called "chong pit" (actually I think it should be "chong pit", but everyone write it like this). 5. Liquid injection and presealing procedures

After the top and side sealing of the flexible package cell, X-ray should be done to check the parallelism of its coil core, and then it will be dewatered in the drying room. In the drying room static for some time, it entered the injection and pre-sealing process.
