As we have said above, getting a license is necessary before starting to manufacture ultra-low-temperature lead-acid batteries. Proper testing would be a requirement to get a green signal for manufacturing the product. Once the battery passes all the tests, it will be marked safe for use, and the manufacturer will be able to sell it in the market.
